01. Brand Identity & Trademark
MAAXORS is a registered trademark under Class 32 (Reg No: 7353157). The visual representation 'MAAXOR5' specifically denotes our proprietary 5-electrolyte formula. The unique bottle shape, label layout, and trade dress are intellectual property; unauthorized imitation will lead to criminal proceedings.
02. Product Nature & FSSAI
Licensed under FSSAI (No. 11521042000116) as a ‘Proprietary Food’. MAAXORS is an Electrolyte Power Drink and is NOT a medicine, drug, or WHO-standard ORS. It is strictly 'Not for Medicinal Use' and not intended to treat or cure medical conditions.
03. Packaging Autonomy (12g)
Shambhu Beverage (Specialists in Health Supplements) asserts the absolute right to sell in our unique 12-gram portable bottle format. This innovation serves as a functional differentiator. Any attempt by market players to obstruct sales based on our choice of packaging will be legally challenged.
04. Right to Fair Trade
We exercise our fundamental right to trade under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India. We strictly oppose anti-competitive practices or abuse of dominant position. Interference with our supply chain will be prosecuted under the Competition Act, 2002.
05. Shipping & Risk Matrix
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon courier handover. The customer is responsible for address accuracy; re-shipping costs for incorrect data will be recovered. Shambhu Beverage (Specialists in Health Supplements) reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
06. Liability & Governance
Users agree to indemnify Shambhu Beverage (Specialists in Health Supplements) from claims arising from breach of terms. These terms are governed by Indian Law. All legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ichalkaranji / Kolhapur (Maharashtra).
