Cancellation
01. Cancellation Protocol
Orders can be terminated within 2 hours of placement or prior to dispatch (whichever occurs first). Once the units have exited the Yadrav facility and entered the logistics stream, cancellation is no longer possible.
02. Perishable Goods Clause
Due to the nature of MAAXORS as a perishable food/beverage item, we do not accept returns once delivery is finalized, even if the primary seal is intact. This maintains 100% safety and hygiene standards for our consumer network.
03. Damage & Discrepancy
Replacements are authorized only for physically compromised units (leaks/breakage), incorrect order fulfillment, or products that have bypassed their expiry threshold at the time of arrival.
04. Evidence Requirements
A mandatory 'Unboxing Video' and high-resolution photos of the shipping label are required for claim validation. Discrepancies must be reported to the command center within 24 hours of delivery.
05. Shipping & Re-routing
Shambhu Beverage (Specialists in Health Supplements) covers reverse pickup costs for approved claims. However, non-delivery due to incorrect address data requires the recipient to clear additional re-shipping fees for a secondary dispatch attempt.
